  • Cash on delivery (commissions calculated on the entire order). We do not accept cheks.

 

MERCHANDISE SHIPMENT

The buyer is charged for transportation costs. Shipment costs dipend on the weight of packages including management and packaging price that will be calculated at the moment of order comfirmation.

Shipping after anticipated payment:

Courier service shall be called at 6pm. on the same day of payment crediting. Withdrawal is expected on the next day at our shop.

Shipping with cash on delivery:

Courier service shall be called at 6pm. on the same day of payment crediting. Withdrawal is expected on the next day at our shop.

The products are delivered by the courrier within 24/48 hours after the withdrawal that takes place at our shop.It is not excluded some delays might happen without us being directly responsable. Times of delivery are to be considered indicative and not binding. Therefore in any case SPHYNX is not to be considered responsable for delayed deliveries.

The products travel with adequate packaging and always at the risk of buyers. Thus SPHYNX is not at fault for any deterioration, failures, delays, fines or other prejudices and damages of whatever kind that might occur during transportation.

It is buyer’s duty to verify the integrity of package and products and to forward complaints towards the courier at the moment of shipment delivery through the delivery form in courrier’s possession.

 

ATTENTION

The courrier shall send a message containing the tracking code of the package a day before the delivery and he will attempt two deliveries. Failure of wich will be followed by a storage practice. To release the stock you need to pay €9,00 V.A.T. excluded through Postepay recharge (fee requested by the courrier). In case of payment failure the package returns to the sender and the amount and shipping costs can be regained through a charge on the next order.

Complaints about the €9,00 fee for the release of the stock’s failed delivery will not be accepted in such case:

  • Absence of names on the interphone
  • Failed reception caused by receiver’s absence
  • Delivery postponement caused by failed payment.

Delivery directly to the floors for packages above 12 kilograms has a cost of €6,50 V.A.T. excluded besides the expedition cost.
Also delivery on limited traffic areas involves a supplement of 4% on the expedition cost.

The courier has no obbligation to stay in touch by phone during the delivery, so no complaints on this can be accepted.

 

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION/REVOCATION

The buyer can assert his right of revocation within 10 working days starting from te day of package reception. It can be returned only if undamaged and in the original container. Expedition costs for returned products are charged upon the buyer.

No refunds will be made in cash.
